Soaring up to 1,049 feet with 90 levels and topped by an elaborate golden sculpture, 888 Brickell is set to become the tallest residential building on the Miami skyline. Inspired by modernist skyscrapers and Milanese mid-century design and fashion, the D&G condo tower brings strikingly bold architecture to the Magic City.
Developed by JDS Development, pioneers in large-scale building development, the tallest tower in Brickell will rise as a hybrid hotel and luxury condominium featuring 259 luxury residences between 2,173 and 9,780 square feet in the heart of Miami.
The residences are designed by Studio Sofield, with unprecedented hospitality curation by Ken Fulk Inc. reminiscent of the unparalleled services experienced at a D&G showroom.
The state-of-the-art tower, overlooking breathtaking views of the Miami skyline, Biscayne Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean, will utilize a “lockout” function featuring fluid conversions between private residences and flexible living spaces through art and ample lighting.
